At Kwest, we want to structure our club to give you a wide variety of interesting options to get in shape. Along with kickboxing and boxing, we offer yoga and Pilates with top quality instruction at a very affordable price. You can take all or any combination of these classes.

Yoga Instructor Bio - Nancy Hararr
Nancy’s interest in this ancient practice has taken her to fascinating places and she continues to learn more about herself and others every day. She completed her Siva Raja yoga training in India in fall 2008 and her Hatha yoga teacher training in Mexico in 2007. Nancy’s intuitive sensibility allows for a strong connection between her and her students.
Nancy completed her Massage Therapy Training in Long Beach, California in 2001 and has since been using this therapeutic approach to help others.
Pilates Instructor Bio - Linda Jacob
Linda is an internationally certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and
has years of experience and knowledge in anatomy, Pilates, and movement.
She has been very successful in helping her students to improve their
posture, strength, flexibility and balance. Linda started Pilates as she
was training to become a professional dancer and ever since Pilates has
been an important part of her life. Linda has studied many different
types of Pilates over the years and finds the STOTT method to be the
most anatomically based, greatly increasing results.
