MISSION STATEMENT

To provide a unique fitness experience that creates certainty of accomplishment towards an end goal and helps build confidence and excitement from the progressive increase in your ability and towards that goal. This program is the building block for a new foundation of strength, longevity, happiness, and well being. 


COURSE SCOPE

This course will incorporate  modern day training methods and a small dose of non-contact, low-complexity Muaythai drills to help achieve a wide range of realistic, accountable, and measurable fitness or weight loss related goals with the help of fitness experts, coaches,  nutritional consultation and tracking mechanisms. 


INSPIRATION

Our Female Boot Camp program is inspired by our students who discover improvements to their physical, mental and spiritual well being by committing to our training programs.

I NEVER walk away from the gym and say "I shouldn't have worked out today." NO matter how hard or intense or how uncomfortable or unfamiliar the movements have ever been...I've always been glad I went. Working out puts things into perspective and gives me time to do something good just for me. When I'm mad or worried or sad or frustrated going in...I walk out feeling better...braver...stronger. Don't let a busy schedule or a bad day keep you from the gym. Go to the gym and let all that sweat "wash away" whatever is bothering you. Not only will you feel better, but you'll get healthier and look better too!


OUR GOAL

Our Goal is YOUR Goal - From a fitness perspective, the this boot camp is for a person who is driven by a time-oriented goal, but the courses are designed to track your progress so that if you like it you can re-sign for the next session. With this in mind, we want to help our students realize the importance of realistic goal setting, both short and long term. As any successful person will tell you, the definition of the goal is the first step towards achieving your goal.

We will help you choose a goal if you are unsure;  a clearly defined and realistic goal based on your current physical condition and capabilities. We will provide you with the tools and assistance to ensure your training supports you in the achievement of your fitness goals. Our physical conditioning methods are very diverse, usually fun, and of low - medium 'complexity' so to not detract from your purpose, your goal. Sample workout.


WHAT DO YOU GET

Aside from the usual perks of doing a boot camp you will get an opportunity to not only train in the morning but also add 1 Saturday afternoon boxing class!

  1. 3 morning classes and 1 Saturday afternoon class (optional). This is a fitness boot camp and a small part of your adventure will be to use some simple Boxing techniques during the morning classes but in addition to your 3 classes during the week (Mon, Wed, Fri) we are throwing in free boxing pass on Saturday afternoons (12:15pm). This boxing course is awesome for those who want to learn a little technique and get a terrific cardio workout -  this add on alone has a $99 value.
  2. An Accountant - This session we are providing a free add-on, you have the option to have an accountability supervisor, someone who will assist you in setting up your diet plan and help you on a day to day basis with questions and to stay on track.
  3. Tracking mechanisms for your benchmark exercises, nutrition
    We will provide you with the information and some tools to track your progress. Our 'Accountant' will communicate daily if necessary and help you use these tools and information.
  4. Once a week - PRE & POST Workout Shakes With Veggie Greens, Protein, and Glutamine add ins if desired!
    Our good friends and supplement specialist Popeye's Supplements will be providing you with a free Pre and Post workout recovery shakes to get your day started right!
  5. Parking and Showers
    We have lots of free parking, showers, and mirrors and plug ins for getting ready for work.
  6. All Equipment
    All equipment is provided - ropes, boxing gloves (limited number), mats, everything you need
  7. Nutritional Resources
    We have professional  nutritionists ready to assist you, it's not a free service to our clients but we are extremely happy with the level of professionalism and knowledge they provide to our regular clients.

* Running Late? The official start time is 6am but if you are running a little late don't worry as we structure our workouts so that you can join in at 6:15am and still get a great 45 min workout.


WAIVER

Before being accepted into the course we 'recommend' that you see a doctor to ensure this type of activity is safe for you. This is not mandatory but you will be asked to sign a waiver before being accepted into the program.
