Kwest Kickboxing is one of few certified partners in Canada that is fully licensed
and educated to teach Muay Thai in accordance with the World MuayThai Council.
We have something for everyone, Muaythai and Kickboxing both contact and non-contact, fitness boot camps, Western boxing. Our mission is to provide the opportunity to train at any level you want.
Our Fitness & Technique kickboxing classes ("Level 1") are practical, diverse, high-energy and fun and everyone is welcome from ages 12+. We have a wide range of ages, fitness levels and backgrounds of people in this level.
Level 1 focuses on technically-correct basic Muay Thai and boxing for a full-body workout, and incorporates advanced
conditioning and toning routines, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and STOTT Pilates and yoga
elements.
Our Competitive Muay Thai classes ("Level 2") are based in the art of traditional Muay
Thai and led by highly
trained and experienced teachers (Kru).This is an exciting level where you discover new limits to your passion and capabilities.
High-quality, Affordable Fitness Boot Camps
Kwest Fitness offers Women's and Co-Ed Fitness Boot Camps which
incorporate a wide variety of interesting and challenging modern training
methods to help you
achieve realistic, accountable and measurable fitness
or weight-loss related goals. Classes involve a wide variety of cardio and anaerobic exercises,
Stott
Pilates and yoga-style core strengthening, plyometrics, weight training and strengthening exercises
for upper and lower body. You will receive tips on health and nutrition as well as training. We offer high-
quality instructors, health coaches for
nutritional consultation and tracking mechanisms, flexible training times and great locations, all
for the best Boot Camp price in the city.
