Kwest Kickboxing is one of few certified partners in Canada that is fully licensed and educated to teach Muay Thai in accordance with the World MuayThai Counci. Our non-contact conditioning kickboxing classes ("Level 1") focus on technically-correct basic Muay Thai for a full-body workout and also incorporate advanced conditioning and toning routines, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Stott Pilates and yoga elements. Our advanced Muay Thai classes ("Level 2") are heavily based in the art of traditional Muay Thai with highly
trained and experienced Krus (teachers). In Level 2 you will use all the equipment and train as you would in a traditional Muay Thai
Gym, with opportunity for competition and testing if you wish.

Kwest Fitness offers Women's and Co-Ed Fitness Boot Camps which incorporate a wide variety of interesting and challenging modern training methods to help you
achieve realistic, accountable and measurable fitness
or weight loss related goals. You
will participate in a wide variety of cardio and anaerobic exercises, Stott
Pilates and yoga-style core strengthening, plyometrics, weight training and strengthening exercises for upper and lower body. You will receive tips on health and nutrition as well as training. We offer high-quality instructors, accountability coaches,
