How do I get started?
Check out our 'frequently asked question' page - FAQ
Fitness requirement: No fitness level required but, as with any fitness program, a doctor's clearance is always recommended. The boot camp and remaining duration of the course could be used to incrementally improve your fitness level. We always recommend people work within their fitness level. If you have any questions about your fitness level, always feel free to ask an instructor for guidance on determining your fitness level.
Our Boot camp and Basic Training classes are the stepping stone into the conditioning kickboxing classes (Level 1). Each course is approximately 10 - 12 weeks long with the first 4 - 6 weeks consisting of technical training. After meeting the technical requirements you then move into a real class setting, which utilizes everything you’ve learned in a challenging and high energy environment. This “crash course” approach makes it possible for you to advance and reach your goals more quickly and effectively. Beginners learn a wide variety of technique – weight routines, ab and glute toning exercises, basic kicks and punches – as well as tips on health and diet and philosophies on training. Several assistant instructors are present for each technique class, correcting technique and giving tips to help students learn quickly, prevent bad habits and most importantly, ensure safety. At-home workouts are available on request, to really give yourself an extra boost or to take with you where ever you go.
The Beginner Course and Basic Training courses is are just a sample of what we have to offer you, designed to get you into the next levels where the real workout begins. After your technique classes are over, your Beginner Course and Basic Training membership can turn into an Unlimited membership in Level 1. This is where people who have a true desire to get in shape will discover how kickboxing is the ultimate full body exercise that will help you achieve all of your fitness goals!

We also incorporate self defense, tips on health and diet, and philosophies on training. There is no person-to-person contact in Level 1 and safety is heavily stressed at all times. Level 1 is the perfect venue to get in shape using a wide variety of exercises that always challenge both your body and your mind.
Level 2 - Muay Thai Kickboxing
The Entrance test for students wanting to enter Level 2:
Level 2 Entrance Test
Level 2 is where students delve into the tradition and art of MuayThai. Students learn advanced strategic drills combined with the more technical skills such as clinching, offensive and defensive tactics, and all the tools necessary to become a Thai Boxer.
Level 2 is the training ground for people who really want to learn MuayThai and students can go as far as they want in this Level, with the opportunity to train and test for levels of Prajioud (armbands) and even to compete if desired. This Level is stricter and more traditional than Level 1, with the same principles that would be seen in any MuayThai camp in Thailand. Our goal is for Level 2 students to experience the type of training they would experience if they went to Thailand or to reputable fight gyms here in North America.
Respect is given to those who work hard and are eager to learn and students are lead by example, with the Kru quite often involved in drills. Things such as consistently coming in late, talking when the Kru is speaking, disrespecting other students, etc. are not tolerated in this Level.
We want our students to feel proud when they say “I take MuayThai.” As a partner and Canadian affiliate of the MuayThai Institute in Bangkok, Thailand, we strive to be worthy of this honour.
