Our Club - Kwest Kickboxing & Fitness Center

Our Programs are offered continuously throughout the year, Monday to Saturday. Check our up-to-date schedule to see the diversity of times and days. All classes are UNIQUE! In Boot Camps and Conditioning Kickboxing classes, you will participate in a wide variety of cardio exercises, toning exercises for upper and lower body, anaerobic exercises, stretches, Stott Pilates, weight training, strengthening exercises, basic kicks and punches (in Muay Thai classes) and receive tips on health and diet and philosophies on training. We place special emphasis on toning and reducing your body fat levels using drills which incorporate full body exercises and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Our Level 2 Muay Thai Classes are heavily based in the art of traditional Muay Thai with highly trained and experienced Krus (teachers) and give you the opportunity to use all the equipment and train as you would in a traditional Muay Thai Gym.

We structure our club so that you do not have to commit to a 1 year contract as most gyms require. We offer as much flexibility as possible to give you the power to pick the times you'd like to train.

We offer a variety of programs, allowing you to chose what you would like to focus on. You can take courses that are based on basic kickboxing techniques, cardio routines, toning routines, and full body exercises. Or you can take courses that are based in learning traditional Muay Thai. Think of it as the best of both worlds, you have the option to get serious about Martial Arts Training (Level 2) or you can focus on just getting in shape using a wide variety of fun but challenging kickboxing drills and toning routines (Level 1 or Boot Camps). We also offer Boxing classes for another way to get in shape and learn new skills.

We structure our pricing so that if you were to train all year long the total amount you would pay is equal too or cheaper than any other reputable kickboxing schools or boot camp in the city.
