Box-Fit is a specialized class for people looking for a fun, full body workout led by experienced trainers.

Don’t let the name fool you! Box-Fit is a fitness class but you’ll also learn! It has something for all fitness levels, and whether it is your first day of Boxing or  you’ve had a few fights, this 50 minute class will help sharpen your mind and harden your body!
