Whether you are seriously interested in refining your boxing technique, or you just want to experience a killer workout and burn some major calories, this is your class. This program is designed for the beginner to intermediate boxing student. Classes involve technical drills, light contact/blocking drills, and conditioning bag work.
Boxing is included for free with any Muay Thai membership, and is a class option for Beginner Muay Thai students. If you only wish to attend Boxing, you can purchase a 10 Class Pass, and use one class per week to attend Boxing.
