Muay Thai All Levels
Muay Thai All Levels allows our students the opportunity to get a great workout, no matter their skill level. While there will be an instructor-led class going on, you can also choose to do ‘your own thing’ in a designated area apart from the ongoing class. We have many assets at our gym to do you own workout – bags, weights, thai pads. box jumps etc.. The instructor-based class will consist of light technical contact drills, pad work and on somedays light sparring. If you aren’t interested in or don’t feel quite ready for a contact workout, you can always choose to do pad work instead of a contact.
