Policies



1. Refunds:
We cannot provide refunds under any circumstances. However, we do have options to help you out if you are unable to use your membership, so feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to explain.

2. No back-dating suspensions:
It’s nice to have the option to suspend your membership (see here) , and we offer that to all members. However, we cannot back-date a hold that wasn’t arranged in advance. Membership suspensions are only effective upon payment in advance or written notice (email). Membership suspension will only become valid after payment is received.

2. 10 Pass – no suspensions and 12-month expiry:
10 Pass memberships cannot be suspended, and 10 classes must be used within 12 months.
