Starting December 2, 2017 we will be running a class on Saturday’s at 11:15am – 12:15pm. The class will run from September – June 1. The class is open to everyone who has completed the Beginner level and established that they are ok with shin pad and boxing glove drills. We will also include pad work, bag work and some weight lifting on certain occasions.
OPEN GYM will also be available to all members. While class is going feel free to use the gym in whatever way you like, we have 5500 sq ft space so there’s lots of room to hit pads, do some lifting or perhaps create a heavy bag training regimen for yourself and with the help of our staff.
