An excellent class for burning calories, becoming more flexible, and building strength! Most classes will be in the format of a vigorous and fun vinyasa practice, however we always encourage you to take breaks whenever you want and to make any modifications you like.

Equipment & Class Start Time

  • You’ll need a yoga mat and water for class. You might also want a mat towel, depending on how much you sweat.  
  • Once class has started the doors will be closed so please check the schedule and plan accordingly. Every class starts and ends on time to help provide a peaceful experience for all.
